Refund policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused, unopened and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount or partial order amount (for partial returns) paid, minus the shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and email a photo of the item’s condition to sales@thewatersoftenerco.com.
